Terms & Conditions

Implementation draft for client review — not a substitute for legal advice. Operated by: [Legal entity / operator name — to be provided by the client]. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The platform

The Community Engagement Platform is a community networking service: members connect through referrals, form Teams, and participate in engagement activities. It is not an income, investment, employment, or payment service, and nothing on the platform should be read as offering earnings, returns, or guaranteed payments.

2. Account registration and accuracy

  • Registration is free. You must provide your real name, a unique username, a valid email address, and a confidential password.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date (for example, via your profile page). One account per person; creating multiple or fake accounts is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Never share passwords or one-time codes, including with anyone claiming to represent the platform.

3. Pending approval, activation, deactivation, rejection

  • Every new registration starts as pending and requires administrator review. Access to Teams and activities is limited until approval.
  • Administrators may approve (account becomes active), reject (with a recorded reason), deactivate an active account, or reactivate an inactive or rejected account.
  • Rejected, deactivated, and inactive accounts are retained with their referral history rather than deleted automatically.
  • A valid referral username is currently required to register. If you do not have one, contact us before registering.

4. Referral relationships and misuse

  • The platform uses a uni-level referral model: each member has at most one sponsor, and each direct referral roots a separate Team that includes that referral's complete downline.
  • Referral relationships are permanent records of who invited whom and cannot be transferred between members.
  • Referrals represent community connections only — never earnings, payments, or financial benefits. Invitations must be authentic: no spam, impersonation, fake accounts, or manipulation. See the Referral Guidelines.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited abuse

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, and abusive behaviour are not allowed.
  • Do not post unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or misrepresent it as an income, investment, or employment opportunity.
  • Do not attempt to game activity counting or referral counts (for example, with fake accounts), probe other members' private data, or circumvent access controls.

6. Activity and eligibility rules

  • Only members holding the required account status (currently Active) are eligible for counted activity. Being active and being eligible for a given day's count are separate concepts.
  • Daily limits, counting windows, and related rules are configured by administrators and apply equally to all members. Limits cap how much activity counts on a day — they create no entitlement of any kind.
  • Activity counts are engagement records only and never generate payments or commissions. Past records are never rewritten when rules change.

7. Administration, decisions, and review

  • Administrators review registrations, moderate misuse, configure platform rules, and record decisions with reasons in an audit trail.
  • If you believe a decision about your account is mistaken — including deactivation or rejection — you may request a review through the contact page, including your username and registration email.

8. Suspension and account retention

  • Accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines may be deactivated or rejected, with the reason recorded. Severe or repeated abuse may lead to permanent loss of access.
  • As noted above, affected accounts are retained with their referral history. Deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation and governing terms

  • The platform is provided on an "as is" basis as a community networking service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
  • Governing law, dispute forum, company registration details, and effective date: [to be reviewed for jurisdiction and approved by the client before publication — do not publish with this placeholder].
  • Questions about these terms: please use the contact page.
